Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. If you want to return a product, please keep the product in the original packaging. In addition, the product must be unused and unwashed, with all tags intact. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials,  health and personal care items, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our return policy  lasts at midnight 12 pm on the day of delivery i.e any item that can be return on the same day when it is delivered at midnight 12 pm. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

Acceptance of returns & refund post delivery is subject to a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team. Please get in touch with us via self-service on the Grokto website or call on 8797665107 for any such requests.

Note: As a Covid-19 safety and hygiene measure, we will not pickup any goods post delivery. We request all our members to thoroughly check the products at the time of delivery.

Limitation of liability

The aggregate liability of the Company, if any, that is established and ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to a claim, shall in no event extend beyond refund of the money charged from a user for purchases made pursuant to an order under which such liability has arisen and been established.

It is acknowledged and agreed that notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Company shall not be liable, under any circumstances, whether in contract or in tort, for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental losses or damages, including on grounds of loss of profit, loss of reputation or loss of business opportunities.
